What Youll Do

In this role, youll oversee the day-to-day functions of accounting, helping ensure smooth operations, timely reporting, and reliable financial insights that empower informed decision-making. Youll be a trusted partner to the CFO and department managers, supporting our shared goal of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead and support the Accounting team with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Oversee financial reporting to ensure timely, complete, and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash control with attention to detail and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements, making full use of favorable tax strategies.
• Maintain and improve systems and internal controls that promote financial integrity and efficiency.
• Support the CFO with reports, analyses, and special projects that strengthen the companys financial operations.
• Foster strong relationships across departments through clear, professional, and respectful communication.
