Job Description
- Pre-funding review of loan documentation for commercial and real estate loans
- Perform TRID reviews of Loan Estimate forms and Closing Disclosure Forms
- Create Real Estate / Commercial Loan files
- Prepare documents for retention and storage
- Assist with Exception Reporting
- Prepare and input all new consumer and commercial loans
- Establish and maintain RM information for new customers
- Verify proper forms are accounted for and signed
- Perform timely quality control reviews of pre closing, funding requests, and post booking to ensure policies, guidelines, and procedures are adhered to.
- Other duties as assigned
Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience
