A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support Sales and Customer Success teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support documentation across the customer lifecycle
Coordinate logistics and communication between Sales and Customer Success teams, including meeting agendas and action items
Assist with event logistics and follow-up documentation after conferences and client offsites
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in sales support, customer success support, or administrative operations
Hands-on experience with CRM systems
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently
Interest in building a career in Customer Success or client-facing operations
