Occupational Therapist (Contract - Flagstaff, AZ | $50 / hr)

Make a direct impact on the lives of Arizona veterans through purposeful occupational therapy in a respected long-term care setting. This role offers weekday stability, supportive leadership and the chance to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to quality of life and recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess patient abilities and design personalized treatment programs
  • Deliver therapy using evidence-based techniques and adaptive tools
  • Coordinate with physicians, nursing and rehab staff to optimize outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor therapy assistants
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Participate in continuing education and professional growth

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m. | No weekends or overtime

Qualifications :

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (Arizona)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • CPR / BLS, TB and required vaccinations
  • Previous experience in long-term care or rehab preferred
