Job description : Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Production Line Lead to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with assembly lines, warehouse operations, and various tools. This role is vital in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining safety standards, and supporting team members to meet production goals. The Production Line Lead will play a key role in coordinating activities on the factory floor and ensuring quality standards are upheld throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily assembly line operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve productivity targets while maintaining safety standards
• Operate and troubleshoot factory equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to facilitate efficient production
• Conduct inspections of machinery and products, identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions
• Assist with the setup, changeover, and maintenance of assembly lines using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel for inventory management and material handling using forklift or other equipment as needed
• Train new team members on assembly procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, equipment maintenance, and safety incidents
