Employee Development Spec

The Leadership and Workforce Development team (LWD), within the Office of Human Resources (OHR), is seeking an experienced Employee Development Specialist to coordinate, develop and deliver training and leadership development programs to the ASU enterprise. The LWD team provides professional development for ASU employees that enhance professional and leadership growth, job performance and employee recognition. We support ongoing professional development of our own team too.

In the Employee Development Specialist role, you will spend part of your time coordinating an entry level leadership development program(s). Coordination includes planning content, facilitating the program’s elements, and evaluating effectiveness. For the other part, you will work with subject matter experts to develop curriculum to meet OHR and the university’s needs. If you enjoy staying current on L&D industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to professional and leadership development and sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and stakeholders, this role is for you!
