Nurse Practitioner – Cardiology Practice | Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY

Position : Full-Time

Salary : $140,000–$160,000 per year + Full Benefits

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established Cardiology office in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll provide ongoing patient care, manage follow-ups, and support cardiologists in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing cardiovascular conditions. You’ll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment plans, track progress, and stay proactive about their heart health.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments, health histories, and physical exams
Manage daily patient volume (approximately 20 patients per day)
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, stress tests, and lab work
Assist with chronic disease management and patient education
Collaborate with physicians and medical staff on care coordination
Document all encounters accurately in the EMR system

Requirements

MSN Nurse Practitioner Degree

Current NYS APRN License

DEA# (required)

Board Certification as ANP or FNP

Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Cardiology, or Internal Medicine preferred
