SUMMARY:
Manage the sales operations for assigned customers. Engage in selling/servicing and maintain/create relationships with customer to generate sales to ensure profit growth, expansion of product range. Find and maintain competitively priced sources for customers and key businesses. Develop new business by conducting marketing activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
General business knowledge including economics, management, accounting and marketing. Knowledge of steel products (technical specifications and applications), metal markets and sourcing. Interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications. Organizational and multi-tasking skills to effectively handle several
projects and customers at once. Leadership skills to work with office personnel and supporting companies. Capability for mentor relationships and developing pro-active methods.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years relevant experience
