  • Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee our team during specific shifts. The Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, and leading by example.

  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines
  • Responsibilities :
  • Supervise and motivate staff to meet performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory and stock levels
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with management to make strategic decisions to improve operations
  • Schedule :

    • This is a full-time position that may require working evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on the needs of the business.
