Senior Software Engineer

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for their Overland Park, KS / Hybrid location.

Responsibilities :

• This position is responsible for executing against the strategic projects for enhancing the capabilities of the Commercial Lending business.
• This individual works closely with the line of business and technology colleagues to assist in the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
• Develops clean, maintainable, testable code for work assigned.
• Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
• Provide mentorship and training for Junior engineers.
• Demonstrates active learning regarding industry trends regarding banking and technology.
• Learns and follows information security standards when developing code.
• Assists in testing and evaluating new and emerging technologies during the selection process
• Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts when developing code
• Embraces and follows established standards and best practices
