Understanding that OrboAnywhere modules can run on CPU processors starting with V6.0.

• Proficiency in administering and deploying software in environments with modernized AI infrastructure
• Ability to install and configure software in various operating systems and ensure compatibility with dependent software components.
• Perform software upgrades to OrboGraph systems, including version management and testing.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions to customers.
• Analyze current system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Understanding and implementing access control and authentication mechanisms are crucial for handling system access during upgrades and maintaining data security.
• Experience in data analytics is listed as a required skill, potentially indicating the need to analyze data related to system performance and usage during an upgrade.
• Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, providing support and training.
• Customize OrboGraph solutions to meet specific customer needs.
• Support or participate in the integration of OrboGraph software with other systems, possibly using their API.
• Create and maintain documentation related to upgrades, troubleshooting, and customization.
• Conduct post-sale performance audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
• Perform thorough testing of software upgrades and customizations to ensure stability and functionality.
• Ability to follow a systematic software upgrade process, which could involve - Engaging stakeholders, Change control planning, Developing and implementing upgrade plans. Data backup procedures.,Running trial upgrades.Technical Skillset :
• Knowledge of other programming languages like .NET / C# and Java can be beneficial.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including tables, views, stored procedures, jobs, and triggers,
