Onsite Position Location : Rockville, MD

Schedule : M-F 8 : 30am - 5pm, plus one Saturday per month from 10am - 5pm.

The opportunity : Ferguson is looking to hire a motivated Showroom Sales Support Representative who has the desire to build a long-term career with the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met
• Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and helping customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs
• Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the showroom floor
• Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers
• Uses Salesforce and phone system effectively

Pay Range : $21.51 - $34.39

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
