Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 / year
The Plant Engineer supports plant engineering and production. This person will be responsible for mastering machine operation, overseeing performance, and leading any troubleshooting and maintenance efforts. The Plant Engineer will work closely with the production team to ensure deadlines and expectations are constantly met, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
This person will have an extensive training plan in the Fabrication Plant to understand roles and responsibilities further.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day machine operations to ensure efficiency
- Develop a deep understanding of all plant machinery and processes
- Identify any issues and perform maintenance when necessary
- Collaborate with production team to ensure schedules and deadlines are being met
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity
