Job Description : PURPOSE STATEMENT

As the Multi-Campus Production Director , you will help lead the Production Team to create unforgettable worship experiences that inspire people to follow Jesus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead production teams across multiple campuses.

Ensure smooth and impactful worship services.

Manage production budgets and resources.

Recruit, train, and develop production volunteers.

Collaborate with other church departments.

Maintain and improve production equipment.
