Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex business-focused initiatives across multiple operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of business-oriented projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and quality standards

Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and oversee project communications, schedules, budgets, and risk management

Build relationships with business leaders to understand priorities and support project resourcing and staffing activities

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of project management experience leading cross-functional business initiatives

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred

PMI / PMP certification preferred

Solid understanding of strategic planning, resource management, and quality assurance concepts

Experience in financial services, retirement services, or insurance is a plus
