[job_card.job_description]A-Level Technician, Master Technician, or strong B+ Tech ready for the next step Experience with Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Acura, Nissan, Mazda, or Hyundai is a major plus Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong diagnostic and drivability skills Reliable, team-oriented, and looking for long-term stability Monday–Friday, 7 : 30am–5 : 30pm No nights. No weekends. Techs are assigned two bays each Fully equipped shop (no tires or alignments) $25–$40 / hr flat rate based on experience Realistic earnings $100K–$110K+ yearly High car count (1,300+ cars per month across two locations) 50% employer-paid medical (premium plan) 100% employer-paid vision ~50% employer-paid dental 401(k) with 4% match 3 weeks PTO Paid uniforms Access to all shop tools & diagnostic equipment High volume = high hours = high pay No weekends or dealership pressure Strong reputation and loyal customer base Independent culture — no micromanagement Consistent workflow year-round

Pay : $25–$40 / hr flat rate (Realistic earnings $100,000–$110,000+ )
About the Opportunity
AutoShop Recruiting is hiring for a top independent repair shop in the Richmond area known for high car count, strong reputation, and a Monday–Friday schedule.
This is a great fit for an experienced A-Level Technician / Master Technician who wants consistent hours, strong earnings, and zero dealership politics.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair all makes & models (Asian brands heavily preferred)
- Perform inspections and recommend additional repairs
- Handle repairs start to finish with full autonomy
- Produce high flagged hours ( 55–65+ hrs / week )
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
