Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Special Education Teacher is needed to support an elementary school setting with specialized service delivery focused on case management. This contract position offers a mitment through the current school year, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students educational experiences.

Location : Concord, NH

Duration : ASAP start through June 12, 2026

Schedule : 35 hours per week

Caseload : 11 students

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver specialized instruction and case management services tailored to the unique learning needs of the assigned caseload.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively.
• Monitor student progress and adjust service delivery as necessary to optimize learning outes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
• Facilitate munication among all stakeholders to support student success.
• No evaluation responsibilities required for this role.
