A company is looking for an Information Technology Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming tickets, triage requests, and support new user onboarding
Administer Microsoft 365 and Okta, including account provisioning and application access
Manage device and endpoint security, deploy apps via Intune and Jamf, and troubleshoot cloud applications
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience with Microsoft 365 (O365), Intune, and Okta
Familiarity with device management tools such as Jamf
Knowledge of endpoint security practices, particularly with Microsoft Defender
Ability to work in a primarily cloud-based environment (Mac and Windows)
Experience with help desk support and ticketing systems
