Sugar23 is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate assistant to support a high level Executive. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, a proactive attitude, and the discretion needed to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Act as a liaison between the Executive and internal / external stakeholders, including high-profile clients, talent agencies, production companies, and other entertainment industry contacts.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when representing the Executive in meetings, on calls, and at events.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, providing insights and recommendations
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects requested
