This role plays a critical part in driving execution, maintaining accountability, and ensuring timely delivery of key organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and brings strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. They will oversee project timelines, monitor progress, and remove roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on schedule and within scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure clarity, accountability, and successful execution.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as business needs evolve.
• Facilitate regular coordination meetings to track progress, enforce accountability, and drive timely resolution of open items or roadblocks.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Build strong, trusted relationships across departments to promote collaboration and ensure clear communication between leadership and teams.
• Support organizational alignment by ensuring projects and initiatives are connected to broader business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational priorities.

Compensation :

$100-130K. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
