Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to order supplies and products as needed. Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and promptly resolve any maintenance problems. Assist in controlling operational costs and managing the budget to maximize profitability. Monitor and report on sales and performance metrics, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue. Communication and Collaboration : Maintain effective communication with restaurant management and fellow supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing ideas for continuous improvement. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications in hospitality management is a plus. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting. Knowledge of McDonald's operational procedures, food safety standards, and customer service principles is advantageous. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team and interact with customers. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the restaurant's schedule. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
