We are currently seeking a Senior Program Specialist to support operations in Doral FL. This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS / SCI clearance.

What Youll Do

As a Senior Program Specialist you will play a critical role in emerging technologies and strategic insights to support mission objectives. This role requires developing articulating and communicating a clear strategic vision across all Joint Directorates as well as with academic partners and foreign mission counterparts.

In this role you will :

• Apply capabilities such as : graph store RDF Triples Location Based Intelligence AI / ML Data enrichment pipelines and GIS systems.
• Provide technical operational and intelligence advisory support that enable the command its subordinate units and other strategic and operational partners to integrate within a technology platform.
• Provide specialized expertise during the planning and execution of military exercises and operations.
• Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration task management and mitigation.
• Create system architecture overview implementation product example briefings for use at both internal and external events to include the public.
• Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps. Mentor train and advise senior leadership.
• Mentor train and advise senior leadership.
• Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems

What Youll Bring

Required Qualifications :

Masters degree or minimum of 11 years experience supporting DoD and / or Interagency organizations.

Demonstrate experience in the early adoption of technology comprehension of emerging technology and SC strategic with cross functional technology.

Must have a current and active DoD TS / SCI security clearance.
