Position Overview:
Elizabeth Marshall State Farm Agent is a well-established, growth-oriented insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and community. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and welcoming individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Broad Ripple office with consistent weekday hours. This role does not require an insurance license and is ideal for someone looking for stability, structure, and a long-term opportunity in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting customers in person
• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members
• Manage appointment scheduling and general office communications
• Assist with processing mail, life event cards, and other routine office tasks
• Maintain shared office areas, including the coffee station and front office space
• Support the team with administrative duties and special projects as assigned
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and follow up on basic customer needs
• Assist with maintaining accurate customer records

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a structured office environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• No insurance licensing required
