Supplier Relationship Manager
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Supplier Relationship Manager within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic supplier relationships to drive payment acceptance, retention, monetization, and growth across Corpay's payment products. You will report directly to VP and regularly collaborate with Relationship Management, Account Management, Product, Risk, Payment Operations, and Implementation teams.

The responsibilities of the role will include :
Nurturing, owning, and deepening supplier relationships while serving as a primary liaison between suppliers, clients, and internal teamsBuilding and maintaining professional relationships through consistent networking with customer suppliersEstablishing and managing relationships with supplier stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level contactsUnderstanding supplier business workflows and identifying payment-related pain pointsPerforming supplier audits and actively reviewing supplier monetization performanceReinforcing Corpay's value proposition while partnering on creative value-based payment solutionsRetaining supplier monetization while identifying and securing cross-sell and up-sell opportunitiesAnalyzing financial performance including interchange rates, rebate structures, and revenue impactDeveloping and monitoring supplier financial health through renewal planning, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability analysisConducting supplier segmentation analysis based on risk, monetization, and strategic valueIncreasing transaction monetization through proactive supplier engagement initiativesAddressing card retention challenges by developing playbooks for downgrades and high-risk suppliersImproving customer and supplier satisfaction by reducing vendor outreach and payment frictionPartnering with Relationship Management teams to drive supplier acceptance strategiesCo-developing fraud mitigation messaging to position Corpay as a trusted, value-added partnerLeveraging fraud prevention outcomes as valued drivers for supplier and client engagementMonitoring payment flows while identifying friction points and recommending operational or product improvementsCoordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure superior service delivery and issue resolutionMaintaining industry expertise across FinTech, payments, and supplier ecosystemsPreparing for and leading supplier business reviews, sharing best practices and industry insightsBuilding and maintaining collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholdersQualifications & Skills :
Minimum 5 years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceProven experience in supplier relationship management, vendor management, payments, or FinTechStrong understanding of corporate payments, virtual cards, purchasing cards, or A / P automationDemonstrated financial acumen with experience analyzing revenue, interchange, and profitabilityExperience negotiating contracts and managing renewalsAbility to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executivesStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsBenefits & Perks :

At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $80,000-$83,000 plus uncapped commissions.
