We are seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT , offering a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 annually.

Job Qualifications

We’re looking for a motivated, independent self-starter with expertise in overseeing restaurant facility management. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :

  • Independent and results-driven with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and respond timely to urgent needs of the restaurants.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Skills in refrigeration repair, small carpentry, and HVAC preventive maintenance.
  • Proficiency in tile work and related maintenance tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to manage daily service calls across multiple stores.
  • Safe driving record and clean background. (Driving Record Checks and Background Checks will be completed)
  • The ability to keep the company work van organized and stocked with the proper tools and items.

Job Responsibilities

As Regional Maintenance Manager for Salt Lake City, UT , and surrounding locations, this position will include :

  • Providing hands-on repair and preventive maintenance for refrigeration, restaurant equipment, and facility needs.
  • Overseeing maintenance tasks for a group of eight restaurants within the region.
  • Managing daily service calls ensuring all maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
  • Operating from home while responding to on-site service needs.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and maintaining excellent vendor relations.
  • Completing small carpentry repairs, HVAC PM servicing, and tile work to uphold operational standards.
  • Ensuring cost-efficient maintenance to minimize the need for third-party contractors.
