The Family Office Advisory Senior Analyst plays a central role in delivering high-touch, comprehensive service to high-net-worth clients by supporting their lifestyle, wealth, investment, legal, insurance, and tax needs while coordinating seamlessly with third-party professionals and internal teams. Working with minimal supervision, the analyst manages daily client operationsfrom onboarding and cash management to document preparation and execution of tax, legal, and estate planning strategieswhile ensuring exceptional accuracy, communication, and responsiveness. The role requires close collaboration across investment, operations, treasury, and HR teams; meticulous documentation and CRM upkeep; and mentorship of junior analysts. Candidates should have a bachelors degree, at least three years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for high-touch client service. The anticipated compensation range is $110,000$150,000 plus discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits, and additional perks.
