We are looking for aVideo Producerto join our dynamicAI Contentteam in Palo Alto, CA. This role is ideal for someone who can own the full video production process - from pre-production and concept development through shooting, editing, and delivery - with a focus on AI-related content. You will handle both creative and logistical aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality videos that communicate complex concepts, align with Tesla's brand, and are delivered on time and within budget.

The AI Content Team consists of passionate producers, editors, and cinematographers creating original video content for internal and external channels. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists to communicate complex AI topics effectively
• Coordinate interdepartmentally to plan shoots, including schedules, call sheets, andlogistics
• Lead on-set production: direct shoots,operateequipment, manage talent/crews, andmaintainschedule
• Handle shooting with professional camera systems, including building stable interior/exterior vehicle rigs
• Own post-production for smaller projects (editing, color, sound) or prepare/deliver footage for larger ones
• Manage multiple projects acrosssingle-dayto multi-week productions, including domestic and international travel
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback, iterate, and see videos through to launch on various platforms

What You'll Bring

• 3+years experiencein video production roles at agencies, production companies, in-house teams, or freelance
• Proven ability to own end-to-end projects with strong portfolio in shooting, rigging, and editing
• Expertisein camera systems (RED, Blackmagic, Sony, DJI) and technical settings (RAW/Log, ISO, frame rates)
• Hands-on experience building secure vehicle rigs for interior and exterior shooting
• Proficiencyin post-production software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve); color grading/motion graphics a plus
• Ability to travelfrequently, including internationally and at short notice
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills; drone piloting experience a plus

Expected Compensation $64,000 - $120,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
