Pay

RN : $37.00 – $40.00 / hour

LPN : $27.00 – $30.00 / hour

Schedule :

Tuesdays : 8 : 00AM – 10 : 00AM (2-hour shift)

Thursdays : 8 : 00AM – 10 : 00AM (2-hour shift)

Thursday into Friday (overnight) : 10 : 00PM – 8 : 00AM

Saturday into Sunday (overnight) : 12 : 00AM – 8 : 00AM

About the Role

Regency Home HealthCare is currently hiring a Licensed RN or LPN to join our care team for a private-duty client in Maplewood, MN. This position offers a unique blend of short morning shifts and overnight care, providing flexibility and the chance to work in a supportive, small-team environment.

As an RN or LPN in this role, you'll work one-on-one with a client who has high medical needs in a home setting. What You'll Do

Provide direct care to a medically complex client in their home

Monitor client condition and report assessments to supervisors and physicians

Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed

Manage tracheostomy, G-tube, and / or ventilator care (if trained)

Support client’s physical, mental, and emotional health

Coordinate and follow up on medical appointments

Maintain and track inventory of supplies, medications, and equipment

Help foster a positive, safe, and professional home care environment

Requirements :

REQUIRED : Active RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota

REQUIRED : Current CPR certification

HIGHLY PREFERRED : Experience with home care, ventilators, trach care, or G-tubes

Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
