Key Responsibilities
Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring high availability and performance
Lead the helpdesk team to provide effective technical support and develop procedures
Manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or systems / network administration
Experience managing a helpdesk or technical support team
Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional IT operations
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms
