Your Responsibilities as Lead Appliance Technician

As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians.

Here are your primary responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
• Effectively communicate with the office.

Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the Appliance Technician position.

Previous experience of in appliance repair is required. Commercial appliance repair experience is a plus.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses.
