Key Responsibilities

Represents insured individuals in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits

Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions

Offers counsel to business clients on legal matters and manages projects among legal teams

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree

Active membership in good standing with the state bar

Experience in handling litigation and trial work

Knowledge of laws and regulations related to bodily injury and property damage

Ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams and business clients
