Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain reports that benchmark sales performance
Assess and analyze pipeline generation efforts for insights into lead conversion rates and sales trends
Build and refine standardized reports and dashboards for key sales metrics visibility
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4-6 years in a GTM Operations or Finance role
Proficiency in PowerBI or similar BI solutions
Advanced experience with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation
Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
Experience leading reporting initiatives with structured change management
