Patient Flow Coordinator - RN

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems  including  Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement , Voalte, Genesys , and Teams  to keep care moving smoothly.

~? Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams

~ 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM, 36 hours / week)

~ Rotating holidays (2 major + 1 minor)

~ No call shifts ?

~✅ RN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)

~ Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians

~ Make a direct impact on patient flow and hospital operations

~ Current RN license, required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems.

Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions.
