What to know about these roles

• Day shift pay $21.55 with OT rate $28.55
• Night is $23.78 with OT pay $35.67
• You will have the opportunity to move up 4 more pay level grades, based on performance and learning new equipment once made permanent.

• 12 Hour shifts, Day and Night Available.
• Hours are 7 – 7 : 30
• Shifts are rotating : Per Below :
• Week 1 : Work : Monday / Tuesday Off : Wednesday / Thursday Work : Fri / Saturday / Sunday
• Week 2 : Off : Monday / Tuesday Work : Wednesday / Thursday Off : Friday / Saturday / Sunday
• Week 3 : same as week 1 AND Week 4 : same as week 2 Overview of the Production Operator role
• Maintaining clean work stations
• Changing and adding fruit to fillers
• Troubleshooting / fixing equipment as needed Help box finished product with boxer
• Monitoring and staying ahead of equipment alarms. Who makes a Good Machine Operator?
• Good decision-making ability
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and the ability to work in a noisy environment.
• Good attendance and team work
• Able to stand for 12 hours shifts while lifting and moving product. In addition, there will be exposure to allergens such as dairy, eggs, tree nuts, coconut, peanuts, wheat (gluten), soybean and cinnamon.
