A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering quality nursing care that leads

the State Nurse Practice Act, the LPN :

• Assists in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Provides hands-on patient care with compassion and precision.
• Oversees the care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring excellence at every step.

Educational and Vocational Requirements :
