Join Our Team as a Custodial Trainer – Grand Rapids, MI (2nd Shift)

Full-Time | $21.00 / hr | Direct Hire

Are you passionate about training others? We’re looking for a Custodial Trainer to help onboard and support our 2nd shift cleaning teams in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing our workforce and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do :

  • Provide hands-on training to new employees on cleaning tasks, equipment use, and safety procedures.
  • Fill in for absent team members and assist with cleaning as needed.
  • Work closely with site leaders and trainees to promote a positive, productive work environment.
  • Maintain training documentation and communicate progress with managers.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead and teach others
  • Flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous custodial experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
