Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and communication of the firm's compensation philosophy and maintain salary structures
Lead bi-annual compensation planning cycles and manage compensation benchmarking surveys
Assist with the administration of long-term incentive programs and collaborate on talent analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration; CCP certification preferred
5+ years of progressive compensation experience in a professional services environment
Advanced Excel skills and experience with compensation administration tools
Knowledge of incentive plan design and job architecture frameworks
Experience administering equity programs and strong analytical abilities
