UX Engineer

A company is looking for a UX Engineer for their LLM Experimentation Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Refine and iterate on UX for existing features to enhance usability

Identify user friction points through session analysis and implement improvements

Prototype interaction alternatives and run usability tests to validate design changes

Required Qualifications

Experience improving products through interaction refinement

Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks and animation libraries

Familiarity with session replay tools and user feedback integration

Ability to prototype in Figma before coding

Experience with complex tools where UX is critical
