Production Supervisor

A company is looking for a Production Supervisor to manage team schedules and oversee production quality in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and staff schedules

Provide feedback and coaching to team members while overseeing task delegation

Monitor department goals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of client materials

Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher preferred; or 5+ years of supervisory experience

Experience in legal support services strongly desired

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials regularly

Comfortable working in a remote office environment with standard equipment

Flexibility to work occasional overtime and participate in on-call rotations
