Unarmed Security Officer

Peralta Associates & Defense is seeking full-time Unarmed Security Officers to join our rapidly growing team in the Perris, CA area. Job Summary :

  • Conduct regular observation of client premises and report any suspicious activity.
  • Perform foot patrols, monitor the perimeter, and handle incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety, security procedures, and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills.
  • Patrol the site on foot to identify potential dangers or criminal activity.
  • Report any suspicious activity to supervisors or law enforcement as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate reports by documenting observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Issue verbal warnings, make arrests (if applicable), and / or contact law enforcement for security violations or criminal activities.
  • Adapt to various working environments and conditions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Valid California Guard Card required.
  • Power to arrest certificate required.
  • Appropriate Use of Force certificate required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
