Schedule Information :

Self-Scheduled shifts.

3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM).

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts).

2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule.

1 Weekend and 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) per 6-week schedule.

Role Overview : As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will provide care across various units including ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU. This role is perfect for those seeking diverse experiences and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adapting to different unit workflows.

Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.

Anticipate and respond to patient needs effectively.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements including specific weekdays and weekends.

Training & Skills :

Training in ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.
