Account Manager – Baton Rouge

Full-Time | Long-Term | Evaluation Hire

Starting at $18 / hr

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading Industrial Manufacturing Company in East Baton Rouge to find a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager (Inside Sales Representative) . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the go-to resource for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
  • Provide accurate price quotes, discounts, parts availability, and order status updates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to process orders and quotations efficiently.
  • Review CAD drawings and internal documents to obtain basic parts information.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : 1+ years in industrial sales preferred.
  • Skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Personality : Customer-focused, diplomatic, and able to project a positive corporate image.
  • Flexibility : Ability to work overtime when needed.
  • Reliability : Punctuality is non-negotiable!
