Key Responsibilities
Develop a company-wide research strategy and establish tools and processes for insight generation
Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies to identify unmet needs and improve engagement
Translate research findings into actionable insights and influence leadership to prioritize improvements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in UX, CX, or Service Design Research, preferably in healthcare or health tech
Proven ability to build or scale a research function with measurable business impact
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and storytelling for diverse audiences
Ability to connect insights to outcomes across various experiences
Demonstrated curiosity, empathy, and a data-driven approach to action
