Job Summary

We are seeking a a Collision Center Estimator / Blue Printer.  This position is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, creating detailed repair plans, and working closely with technicians, insurance adjusters, and customers to ensure a smooth repair process from estimate to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough damage assessments and create accurate repair estimates using estimating software (CCC One) and OEM procedures.
• Write complete and precise repair blueprints with all necessary parts, labor, and materials
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair plans are understood and followed
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim approvals and supplements
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repair plans and timelines to customers
• Communicate with customers regularly during their repair
• Maintain detailed documentation and records for each job
• Help manage workflow and prioritize repairs for efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
