We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Operations Director to lead our Hackensack NJ practice and drive operational excellence that transforms patient experiences.

Compensation : $195000 - $225000 annually

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead Physician Operations : Optimize schedules clinic flow and EMR systems to enhance efficiency and patient care.
- Drive Nursing Excellence : Oversee inpatient and outpatient nursing teams fostering a culture of compassion and clinical precision.
- Advance Clinical Research : Support innovative research initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Streamline Patient Access : Manage intake and new patient flow for a smooth welcoming experience.
- Monitor Clinical Performance : Track and improve key metrics tied to our Management Agreement.
- Empower Clinical Staff : Supervise and develop MAs LPNs and other support staff to deliver exceptional care.
