Location :  Little Rock, AR]

Job Type : Full-Time

Shift :  Monday- Thursday 6am-430PM.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining compliance with shipping and safety protocols. The ideal candidate is punctual, focused, and experienced in order fulfillment and barcode scanning systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Process shipping orders by assigned location and scheduled shipment date

Ensure the correct customer account is selected for each order

Use barcode scanning software to verify and process shipments

Confirm item accuracy and quantity per order before finalizing

Follow strict guidelines : batching orders is not permitted

Utilize conveyor system to route packages to appropriate shipping trucks per label

Assist in loading drop trailers with completed orders

Maintain a clean, organized work station; daily cleanup begins at 5 : 15 PM bell

Attend morning meetings for daily updates and schedule changes

Adhere to scheduled break and lunch times

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to read and interpret picklists and Bills of Lading (BOLs)

Strong numerical proficiency; able to work with large numbers and perform basic calculations

Proven ability to stay organized and multitask under pressure

Must be able to maintain focus and situational awareness throughout shifts

Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Preferred Skills :

Experience using barcode scanning systems

Previous warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience

Familiarity with conveyor systems and shipping software

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closely
