POSITION DUTIES Discharge Planning in Psych Unit

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3 years recent experience in an acute care setting doing psych and behavioral health

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS previous Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 Weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 8 : 00-4 : 30 M-F

every other weekend
