[job_card.job_description]Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience preferred Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skill Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification Valid drivers license Designated Administrative Coordinators serve as your dedicated in-house resource for all administrative duties, including documentation support Extensive documentation and DME support allow you to focus on what matters most - patient care and work-life balance Flexible scheduling and autonomy in managing your own hours Extensive, individualized, structured and ongoing training program to develop your skills Advanced patient care through continuous professional development Industry-leading documentation and technology solutions to streamline communication Growth opportunities including precepting, clinical education, and clinical leadership positions Competitive compensation based on experience, knowledge, skills, and location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data Estimated Annual Full Time Compensation : $153K to $206K (This position is paid on a per-visit basis plus mileage) Mileage reimbursement at federal rate Paid parking Comprehensive health plans including medical, dental, and vision with dependent coverage Generous PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Free CEUs through on-demand virtual learning platform Rewards program with redeemable points for gifts Corporate discount program for a variety of services
