What you will do :

• Answer incoming sales calls & assist with additional sales tasksas needed
• Responsible for complete order management, including expediting and communication with the customer
• Sales order entry and purchasing of customer requirements for specific price lines
• Report lost sales
• Write credits in a timely manner
• Attend product and training sessions
• Organize and maintain product catalog library
• Develop superior product knowledge and assist customers with product application
• Expediting orders and managing material flow
• Other duties as assigned

Location : This role is based in Oceanside, Ca

Work hours : 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm
