American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position requiring a GA or compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, and strong stepdown experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

Work in a hospital PCU setting

Provides care for progressive / stepdown patient population

Night shift position with 3x12 hour shifts (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)

Works every other weekend and holidays as scheduled

Uses Cerner EMR system

Required to wear royal blue scrubs (not provided)

Minimal to no time off requests will be approved during the assignment

Candidates residing less than 30 miles from the facility are not eligible

Local rate applies for those residing within 31-50 miles of the facility; locals will be accepted at this rate

Royal blue scrub dress code is enforced

Holiday coverage is required per unit scheduling

Active GA or compact RN license

Current certifications : BLS and ACLS

Minimum 3 years recent stepdown or progressive care experience required

Proficiency with telemetry monitoring, IV starts, and advanced FM skills

Two professional references required for consideration

Driver’s license and proof of residence required for rate eligibility determination

Previous travel experience preferred
